Hello, lash babe! Before booking your appointment, please take a moment to read and understand our conditions. This helps ensure a smooth and convenient experience for both of us. Thank you for your time and understanding! ‧͙⁺˚･༓♡｡.｡
☑ A ₱300 non-refundable downpayment is required to secure your slot.
☑ Refunds only apply if the artist cancels your appointment.
☑ Please send a screenshot of your downpayment for confirmation.
☑ Strictly one person per appointment.
☑ No companions allowed inside the studio.
☑ Less than 24 hours notice – downpayment is forfeited.
☑ Cancellation fee: ₱200.
☑ 5–15 minutes late: ₱50 penalty.
☑ 20 minutes late: appointment cancelled.
☑ No show / no update: cancelled & banned from future bookings.
☑ Arrive with clean lashes (no makeup residue). ₱100 fee for dirty lashes.
☑ Refills must be scheduled within 2 weeks after your first set (or earlier).
☑ If it’s been more than 2 weeks, it will be considered a new full set.
☑ If your lash extensions are already 50% off, it will still be counted as a full set, even if it’s before the 2-week mark.
☑ For your awareness, there is a house cat in the area. If you’re not comfortable with this, please refrain from booking. ♡
☑ I understand that lash extensions are generally safe, though mild irritation can sometimes happen. If I feel any discomfort, I’ll let my lash artist know right away.☑ I agree to follow the simple aftercare tips to keep my lashes healthy and last longer. Not following them may affect my natural lashes.☑ I understand that allergic reactions are rare, but if they occur, my lash artist cannot be held responsible and refunds won’t be possible.☑ This agreement covers today’s appointment as well as any future touch-ups with my lash artist.☑ I understand that once a service is done at Glam Lash - by emjhay, it can’t be refunded.
